Experiments and their results

It is not possible to make an absolute observation."What is absolute observation ?",you ask.
Glad that you asked!
An absolute observation is the one which does not affect the observed process/phenomenon/thing by 'any' means.And by any I mean everything. From the smallest and the lightest particle to the blink of your eye,everything can cause imperfections in your observations by distracting the experimental setup.
But till now I have not come across any such experiment/process where we require such high levels of accurracy.
